I wrote this review some time after my experience of having plans and building regs submission with this company, to ensure it was free from the anger and frustration I felt at the time.
Clearly Slade did not agree with my review and I received an email saying they were looking into taking legal action against me because of the Google review.
Therefore I have removed the original content of the review, even though it was accurate in my eyes. I simply don't need the hassle.
Clearly a company should be able to dispute a bad review if they feel it's unjust, but I also believe customers should we able to express their opinions of a bad experience they have had.
My one star rating of TSJ Drawings still stands.
Buyer beware.
