- FACES OF THE WORLD Review added: 2018.09.24★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to a expecting parent event, felt more like a battle ground for sales. Was not informative like i thought it would be. I'm a first time mum and feel disappointed with the experience. Not only was i over charged, i brought premature nappies at the event and no one thought to tell me or advise that there was no exchange or refund on nappies, instead I got told well it says it on the back of your recipt, the manager was too busy having a social conversation with a member of staff, to try and resolve my situation, she could of refunded me and marked the nappies for disposal. I work in retail so know how it all works. No exchange or refund on nappies but i just wished I was advised at the event that 1 i brought premature nappies and 2 there was no refund. Instead they were quick enough to jump on your back as soon as you looked at a prams and cots. Not had good experiences the last 2 times i have been in the store. Hope all Mothercares aren't like this one! Safe to say i will not be returning
- Ben Burton Review added: 2017.12.26★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Most items are overpriced. Service at the tills is incredibly slow. Even when there is no queue, you will still be waiting for a member of staff to serve you.
