- Richard SB Review added: 2018.12.08★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bought a car recently from Jack Henry group. Buying experience was good enough but the car broke down when it was just out of warranty. The repair was going to cost as much as we paid for the car. The company were very unsympathetic and very hard to deal with. Paid half the price of the diagnosis (£60) but we lost over £1500. Never returned calls or emails despite making lots of promises.
My advice, read the warranty very carefully because this company will stick rigidly to the small print and don't expect much in the way of good will once they have made the sell.
