DO NOT GO TO THIS STUDIO!!!
Point 1 - From my experience all the girls are very rude and make you feel like a burden if you ask any questions or even stand in the waiting room.
Point 2 - I had a dermal piercing which they applied to much freezing spray to and it gave me a very bad mark for a few months where the freezing agent had burnt my skin.
Point 3 - I bought 2 studs for my tragus piecing and within 2 weeks the diamond from the stud had fallen off, luckily I had a second one so I simple changed them over, however the same thing happened again. I thought maybe it was a bad batch so I went back and bought 2 more (£3 each or 2 for £5) and yet again the exact same thing happened!
I went back as I didn't like having a broken stud in my ear and i reluctantly bought another stud to use until I could find another retailer. After the purchase I asked for a receipt and was told they do not give receipts, I spoke to a girl called Holly (the manager) and politely give her some customer feedback, that it would be helpful to let customers know that the lifespan of the diamond studs is only 2-4 weeks. I was very rudely told that what do I expect it's only costume jewellery and that if I went to any high street retailer like topshop or river island that they wouldn't refund faulty jewellery! Which I informed her that it's my consumer right to be given a refund if an item is faulty and she told me no it wasn't.
She pointed at a sign on the wall that said No Refunds and told me if I don't like it to go else where. The thing is I hadn't even asked for a refund! Also I'm pretty sure it's illegal to put up No Refund signs!
I wouldn't have minded too much and just found another retailer but it was more the way I was spoken to. I did not deserve how I was spoken to nor was it justified. My advice would be to take your custom elsewhere as they clearly can't be asked with their customers so why would they care about the standard of work they do either.
